WHEN CAN YOU PLAY???
As a member of WLTC you can play anytime that light allows, and a court
is available.
As a non-member the same applies, but you must either play with a
member as a visitor or book a court using the public booking system described
below,
Courts may be unavailable for several reasons, inter-club matches, coaching
and club tournaments etc... to find out what is happening on the day you want to
play check out the club diary here >>>>> (insert hyperlink when available).
When matches are being played a sign on the gate to the courts will be
displayed showing "Match in Progress", but there may still be a court available.
Just ask and one of our friendly team players will be happy to tell you.
COURT ETIQUETTE
When the middle court is in use, please wait until the game has been finished
before opening the gate. If there is a match being played you may be asked to
wait until the match has been completed before going on court, as it can be very
distracting.
Courts should be shared between any club members who wish to play whether senior
or junior. As a matter of courtesy, if there are other members waiting to play,
it is expected that a court be vacated after one short set (i.e. first to six
games) OR after half an hour, whichever is the shorter. The only exception to
this rule is when a club competition match is being played, in which case the
match may be played to completion.
VISITOR’S FEES & PUBLIC BOOKINGS
Visitors are allowed to play three times at the Club (with a member) at £3.00
per visit and should then apply to join as playing members, paying the
appropriate membership fee.
The public may book a court at a cost of £5.00 per hour. Bookings can be made
via the Parish Council Office in the Marford Hall (open mornings only) on 01582
832541.

the last to
leave ensure the clubhouse windows are closed and the door is securely locked.
